Job Responsibilities :

  • Scale biddable channels such as SEM, Paid Social (FB), Native Advertising and DSP.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of SEM, Google Adwords, FB ads Google Analytics and expert in managing paid search campaigns
  • Campaign Optimization performance reporting, Search behavior reporting
  • Implementation, tracking and optimization of Social Media Ad campaigns
  • Ensuring ongoing optimization of the website to generate high quality traffic and conversions.
  • Search Engine Optimization – Develop & Execute long term SEO strategy.
  • Research and analyse competition work on website architecture, content linking/ link building and other factors to improve Search Engine Positioning rankings with target key words.
  • Defining and Implementing SEO best practice for on-page content, back linking, URL structures, page title, meta-data and anchor text.
  • Work with dedicated creative and development teams to build a/b testing queue and work towards agreed upon goals for conversion, ROI and user engagement for both web and mobile.
  • Regular monitoring of website ranking performance
  • Identifying keywords with low difficulty to gain significant traffic.
  • Develop search engine marketing campaigns key focus will be on strategy development, execution and optimization.
  • Experience in HTML, especially H tags placement, code optimization from spiders point of view.
  • Regular monitoring of Application ranking performance, ASO etc.
  • Marketing for social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and websites like Quora and more.

Requirements :

  • Graduate/ post graduate with at least 1 year of experience with SEM /PPC, Native Advertising, Social/Facebook and Programmatic Display Advertising.
  • Candidate should have excellent knowledge of online advertising channels, standard industry metrics, channel best practices and lead generation business models
  • Solid understanding of paid search platforms interface, algorithm, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies.
  • A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary : 20,000 – 30,000 per month.
